1. Domains Purchased with Promo Code

Domains purchased using a promotional code are subject to specific conditions:

a. Transfer Rights: Domains acquired through a promotional code do not have transfer rights to other registrars. The ownership and registration of these domains remain with GTX Hosty Pvt Ltd.

b. Hosting Limitation: Users are not allowed to host domains acquired through a promotional code on third-party hosting providers. These domains must be hosted exclusively on servers provided by GTX Hosty Pvt Ltd.

12. Malware Removal

In the event that malware is detected on your hosted services, you are required to take immediate action to remove the malware. GTX Hosty Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate your services if malware is not removed within 15 days from the detection date.

a. User Responsibility: Customers are responsible for regularly monitoring and securing their hosted content to prevent malware infections.

b. Notification: GTX Hosty Pvt Ltd will notify users upon detecting malware on their hosted services.

c. Removal Timeframe: Users must initiate the removal process promptly upon notification and complete the removal within 15 days.

d. Termination of Service: Failure to remove malware within the specified timeframe may result in the termination of hosting services by GTX Hosty Pvt Ltd.
